How we work
Our first meeting
We begin with an initial meeting—either at our office or in your home—where we provide inspiration, ideas, and suggestions, and demonstrate what the solutions could look like based on your vision.
The purpose of this meeting is to give you a clear understanding of how we can bring your ambitions for your home to life. At this stage, we can also provide an initial estimate of the project timeline and product costs.
During the Project
Once we have agreed on a solution that feels right, the fun begins. Your ideas are taken to the next level as we collaboratively develop a system concept and technical layout. We review and recommend the most suitable audio, lighting, and video products for your specific project.
There is also room for a continued creative process, where adjustments and additions can be made as needed. When everything is finalised and feels just right, we produce the complete set of final drawings. If you are already working with an architect and/or contractor, we communicate directly with them throughout the project.
Commissioning and Handover
Towards the end of the construction phase, our skilled technicians install all equipment and fine-tune the system to ensure it is fully tailored to your needs. This is followed by a handover session where we walk you through the system. You will then have a three-month installation warranty, during which any desired adjustments can be made.
Service & Support
A YouControl system is a complete solution, where system design, installation, and programming are all carefully developed to deliver a reliable, everyday experience tailored to your needs. We work with products from well-established manufacturers and take great care in selecting solutions that are built to last.
Every system we deliver is unique and based on proven technical solutions. Service and support are essential to ensuring long-term performance. YouControl offers a basic service agreement, with the option to upgrade to extended service—providing faster response times and system monitoring for added peace of mind.
